Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

• Melaksanakan preventive maintenance pada mesin dan peralatan listrik sesuai jadwal.
• Mengoperasikan serta memelihara sistem kelistrikan agar proses produksi berjalan optimal.
• Melakukan perawatan pada sistem otomasi industri, termasuk PLC dan inverter.
• Melakukan instalasi, perbaikan, serta modifikasi sistem kelistrikan sesuai kebutuhan operasional.
• Melakukan pemeriksaan dan troubleshooting terhadap gangguan kelistrikan.
• Menggunakan alat ukur dan peralatan kerja sesuai standar operasional.
• Memastikan seluruh pekerjaan sesuai dengan standar kualitas perusahaan.
• Menjaga kebersihan area kerja serta peralatan setelah digunakan.
• Menerapkan prosedur Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) selama bekerja.
• Melaksanakan tugas lain yang diberikan oleh atasan sesuai kebutuhan pekerjaan.

Kualifikasi

• Usia maksimal 35 tahun.
• Pendidikan minimal SMK Teknik Listrik, Teknik Elektro, atau Mekatronika.
• Memahami sistem kelistrikan industri.
• Mampu menggunakan alat ukur kelistrikan (Multimeter, Clamp Meter, Megger, dll.).
• Memiliki pengalaman menangani PLC, Inverter, dan Panel Kontrol.
• Memahami dasar troubleshooting kelistrikan.
• Memahami prosedur Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3).
• Teliti, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
• Bersedia bekerja dengan status Harian Lepas (HL).
• Bersedia bekerja shift.
