Roles and Responsibilities

• Fuelman is responsible for day to day fuel distribution to End User.
• To collect all fuel requests from end user at site for refueling schedule arrangement with fuel foreman.
• Ensure the installation of fuel pump including safety valve is visually in good function.
• Ensure the grounding system was installed before start to transfer fuel.
• Ensure no portable electric equipment was not in fuel area during transfer fuel operation.
• Record value of fuel flow meter before start and after finish transfer.
• Monitor process transferring fuel by checking all conditions: leakage, spill, nozzle problem, etc.
• Coordinate with ship crew and all related person to ensure all transfer fuel operation was working in good function.
• To help loading unloading activities as well lifting operations
• To collect all cargo requests from end user at site for further handling and arrangement with warehouseman.
• Load/ Unload cargo and baggage from/to boat based on procedures
• Segregating cargo and baggage based on label
• Deliver cargo and baggage from boat to warehouse or employee housing and and conversely
• Record all support document needed
• Ensure housekeeping before and after activities
• Establish good communication with all users during handling cargo process

Qualification

• Senior High School graduated with minimum experience 6 years working experience in related field of oil and gas/mining/manufacturing industry
• Having knowledge of Fuel Handling Distribution
• Have a “A” or “B1” driving License is preferable
• Having knowledge of Computer is preferable
