Roles and Responsibilities for Warehousemen

• Check & put away materials receive
• Prepared material as per end user request
• Make sure document requisition with actual material before hand over to end user.
• To maintain housekeeping clean warehouse in order avoid loss and damage caused by improper materials storage and handling.
• Preparing warehouse activities report on daily basis to supervisor.

Qualification of Personnel

• Minimum Diploma degree with minimum 3 years working experience in warehousing for oil and gas industry or mining industry. In addition to the above, the Warehouseman Level 1 shall also have at least 6 years verifiable experience as Warehouseman.
• Have experience and skill on materials identification and its related certification especially for materials that are used in oil and gas industry.
• Able to understand requirements on PO.
• Familiar with computers and the applications of data entry and report writing.
