Roles and Responsibilities

• To organize all daily activities of warehouse personnel engaged in receiving & issuing material.
• To ensure that all warehouse requisition by the end user are properly checked and signed by authorized person before processed.
• Responsible for the movement of all valuable materials at the warehouse
• To lead process stripping & stuffing cargoes.
• To prepare requisition (pick list and/or reservation) as per end user request
• To maintain housekeeping clean warehouse in order avoid loss and damage caused by improper materials storage and handling.
• To keep all of warehouse operation area and storage materials in good and clean.
• To input all material transactions (GR materials, GI materials & Return materials ) and materials movement by using SAP & Backbone online system.
• Preparing warehouse activities report on daily basis to supervisor.

Qualification of Personnel

• Minimum bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years working experience in warehousing for oil and gas industry or mining industry, or Diploma degree with minimum 6 years working experience in warehousing for oil and gas industry or mining industry. In addition to the above, the Materials Coordinator Level 3 shall also have at least 2 years verifiable experience as Material Coordinator.
• Familiar with material receiving, storing and issuing procedure.
• Have experience and skill on materials identification and its related certification especially for materials that used in oil and gas industry.
• Familiar with Online Inventory Management System (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Maximo) especially to record incoming materials.
• Able to understand and interpret requirements on PO.
• Familiar with computers and the applications of data entry and report writing.
• Able to communicate in English and BAHASA both spoken and written.
