Roles and Responsibilities

• Supply Base Foreman is responsible to assist Supply Base Supervisor for day to day fuel distribution to End User.
• To collect all fuel requests from end user at site for refueling schedule arrangement with fuel foreman.
• Ensure the installation of fuel pump, including safety valve, is visually in good function.
• Ensure the grounding system was installed before start to transfer fuel.
• Ensure no portable electric equipment was not in fuel area during transfer fuel operation.
• Record value of fuel flow meter before start and after finish transfer.
• Monitor process transferring fuel by checking all conditions: leakage, spill, nozzle problem, etc.
• Coordinate with ship crew and all related person to ensure all transfer fuel operation was working in good function.

Qualification

• Minimum Diploma degree with minimum 8 years working experience or Senior High School graduate with minimum experience 10 years working experience in fuel handling and distribution for oil and gas industry or mining.
• Familiar with and good knowledge of Fuel Handling and Distribution
• Computer Literate is a must
• Leadership, able to lead at least 10 direct workers
• Self starter and high initiative
• Self-motivated and possess analytical skill
• Have a “B1” driving License
