Aromabika is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented SP (Sales Representative) to join our growing team in Tangerang, Banten in Soekarno Hatta International Airport.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and creating a positive, relaxed shopping experience. While a basic salary is provided, this position is performance-driven, with strong commission potential for those who perform well.
You will represent Aromabika and introduce customers to our premium coffee products in a natural, welcoming way.

Apa yang Akan Anda Lakukan

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly, approachable manner
• Introduce and share Aromabika products through storytelling and personal recommendation
• Provide live coffee demonstrations and offer samples to create an enjoyable customer experience
• Support light stock-taking and ensure displays are clean, organized, and inviting
• Build genuine connections with customers to encourage natural purchasing decisions
• Provide thoughtful service and answer questions with care
• Maintain simple daily sales records and feedback
• Support brand campaigns and in-store activities
• Continuously learn about products to better guide customers

• Additional languages are a strong advantage:

- Mandarin

- Korean

- Japanese

• Experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills and a warm, engaging personality
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets
• Well-presented, confident, and approachable
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and reliable
