Alchemy Vegan Restaurant is looking for a friendly, energetic, and sales-oriented Shopkeeper to join our team. You will help create an outstanding shopping experience while promoting our premium vegan products with confidence and enthusiasm.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Recommend products based on customers' needs and preferences.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-organized store display.
• Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Ensure products are properly labeled and displayed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Work closely with the restaurant team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with company standards.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in spoken English (required).
• Positive attitude with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Well-groomed, energetic, and professional appearance.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Comfortable working weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Knowledge of healthy lifestyle or vegan products is an advantage.
