Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in front office or guest service operations, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
• Having experience in operating VHS Cloud is a must.
• Strong understanding of front office systems, reservations, and guest handling procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Well-groomed and positive attitude.
