We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the hospitality and management team at Brett Advisory Group. This is a contract position based in South Kuta, Bali. As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service delivery, staff management, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. This position offers the opportunity to develop your management skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment whilst contributing directly to the success of our dining establishment.

What we're looking for :

• Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role, ideally in a similar establishment
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to handle guest interactions professionally
• Knowledge of health, safety and food hygiene standards relevant to restaurant operations
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Problem-solving ability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Domiciled in Bali, Able to join immediately
