We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our pre-opening team. This is a unique opportunity to build a restaurant from the ground up, recruit and develop a strong team, establish operating standards, and play a key role in creating an outstanding guest experience from day one.

Responsibilities
- Lead all pre-opening preparations and restaurant setup.
- Recruit, train, and develop the opening team which includes Kitchen and Service department.
- Create and implement SOPs and service standards.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations.
- Monitor sales, costs, inventory, and profitability.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage labor costs.
- Ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and company standards.
- Prepare operational reports and communicate directly with the owner.
- Develop ideas and initiatives to increase sales and improve guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Must be based in Bali and available to join immediately.
