• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
• Lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer marketing, offline activations, and PR.
• Manage and oversee the brand’s positioning, messaging, and storytelling to create a strong market presence.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Product Development to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the F&B, retail, or FMCG industries.
• Strong experience in digital marketing, social media, and brand management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and reporting platforms.
