Easton Urban Kapital is a fast-growing real estate developer committed to delivering quality residential developments and sustainable business growth. We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Investor Relations professional to bridge communication between the company, investors, financial institutions, and executive management.
This role will play a strategic part in preparing financial analyses, investment materials, business reporting, and supporting fundraising initiatives to drive the company's long-term growth.

Tanggung Jawab

• Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders while supporting fundraising and investment activities.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, financial statements, cash flow reports, and business performance analysis.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to ensure project and financial data are accurate and consistent.
• Analyze revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, profitability, and key business drivers.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Produce monthly management reports and executive summaries for senior management.
• Prepare project reports, financial models, investment presentations, and supporting materials for investors.

Persyaratan

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or a similar role, preferably in the real estate/property industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial modeling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with excellent analytical skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
