Hotel Partnership Sales Executive

We are hiring a results-driven Sales Executive to help us acquire hotel partners and close deals quickly in the local market.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hotels, travel, hospitality, OTA, tourism, corporate sales, or B2B partnership development.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and hospitality partners
• Build relationships with hotel owners, managers, sales teams, and front office teams
• Present our product/service clearly and convert qualified prospects into signed partners
• Follow up with leads through WhatsApp, phone, email, and in-person meetings when needed
• Maintain a sales pipeline and report progress weekly
• Help us understand local hotel market needs and decision-making process

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in hotel, travel, hospitality, OTA, B2B sales, or partnership roles
• Strong local network in hotel or tourism industry is preferred
• Able to close deals fast and work independently
• Good communication and follow-up discipline
• Local language and English required; Proficiency in Chinese and other Southeast Asian languages is an advantage.
• Commission-driven, target-oriented personality

Compensation:
Base salary + attractive commission. On-target earnings depend on performance.
