Tentang Peran
We are seeking a professional and welcoming Hostess to join our restaurant team at Ferro in Ubud, Bali. This is a full-time position that serves as the first point of contact for our guests, creating an exceptional first impression and setting the tone for their dining experience. As Hostess, you will be instrumental in managing our front-of-house operations, coordinating reservations, seating arrangements, and ensuring every guest receives warm hospitality from the moment they arrive. This role is pivotal to our restaurant's success, requiring excellent organisational skills, genuine warmth, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

• Greet guests with a genuine smile and warm welcome as they arrive at the restaurant, setting a positive tone for their visit
• Manage the reservation book and telephone enquiries, accurately recording guest details and special requests
• Coordinate seating arrangements based on guest preferences, party size, and table availability to optimise restaurant flow
• Maintain an organised host stand, including menus, reservation lists, and guest information

Yang Kami Cari

• Previous experience as a Hostess, Host, or in a similar front-of-house role within a hospitality establishment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with diverse guests and staff members
• Strong organisational abilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in using reservation systems and point-of-sale technology, or willingness to learn
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Indonesian or other Asian languages are highly desirable
