Kualifikasi

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef in a 4 or 5-star hotel/resort.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Creative in menu planning and food presentation, including local and international cuisines.
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food cost control, and hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
