Global Bali Home (globalbalihome.com) is an international real estate investment and development holding, focused on premium residential projects in Bali.
In three years of operation, we have launched three projects and are currently selling 42 villas across various segments — from accessible entry-level residences to premium villas with private pools. Our flagship development is the Wanayu territory near Ubud: jungle ecosystem bringing together our villa complexes, natural waterfalls, walking trails, restaurants, and yoga studios.
We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to take hands-on ownership of day-to-day execution on residential development projects, from construction start through statutory approvals and handover. The role works closely with, and reports to, the Senior Construction Project Manager, initially covering one project with room to take on additional scope over time.

Detail Posisi

• Full-time
• 1 project (~20 villas), with scope to grow
• Compensation: from IDR 10,000,000 + KPI
• Probation: 3 months

Tanggung Jawab Utama

• Manage daily site operations for the assigned project.
• Maintain and update the project schedule.
• Coordinate contractors, engineers, subcontractors and architects on site.
• Monitor construction quality.
• Organize and track statutory approvals and permits.
• Control budget, procurement and suppliers.
• Track and escalate project risks.
• Support the Senior Construction Project Manager in coordinating across multiple projects.
• Lead site-level construction staff (5 people).
• Makes day-to-day operational decisions within the approved budget, schedule and project documentation. Budget changes, changes to the concept or key technical decisions, timeline changes, and major unplanned expenses must be escalated to and approved by the Senior Construction Project Manager.

Alat & Pelaporan

• Daily: completed work, issues, decisions made and tasks planned for the next day.
• Weekly: schedule, budget, quality, risks and overdue tasks.
• Monthly: budget, schedule, overall progress and completion forecast.
• Ongoing: updated master schedule and site reports.
• Reporting goes to the Senior Construction Project Manager.

Persyaratan Kandidat

• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• Residential development experience.
• Villa projects are an advantage.
• Solid construction knowledge.
• Excel, budgeting and reporting.
• Professional English.
• Indonesian language is an advantage.
• Experience in Indonesia or Bali is an advantage.
