Tanggung Jawab

• Manage daily cash transactions and petty cash accurately.
• Prepare and reconcile daily cash reports.
• Record all cash receipts and payments with precision.
• Coordinate closely with the Accounting & Finance team on daily financial activities.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and filing systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial procedures.
• Support the Finance team in maintaining accurate and efficient cash management processes.

Kualifikasi

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting or Finance (experience in hospitality, villas, or hotels is an advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, honest, and responsible.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Basic understanding of financial regulations and internal control procedures.
• Domiciled in Gianyar or surrounding areas is preferred.
