Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Handle full set of accounting records including manage accounting, finance and tax functions
• Preparation of financial reports for periodic strategy reviews
• Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast - arrange, manage and control the use of the budget and develop improvements
• Analise and provide inputs and recommendation about monthly financial statement report
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and projects to assist in cash management
• Technical accounting support to operating businesses
• Provides timely reports to be acted upon based on the analyses, in an easy to understand format such as tables, charts and graphs
• Timely preparation / accurate reporting and analysis monthly a year-end finance result
• Prepared, supervise and conduct yearly external audit and statutory financial report
• Costing report & costing saving control and other work assigned by superior
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance, accounting, and tax teams
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency within the team
• Ensure staff are properly trained on new systems, regulations, and accounting standards

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree, majored in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting & tax roles
• Prior experience in FMCG, distributions sector strongly preferred
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
• Having experience user of finance software & SAP
• Proficient of Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel with function & Power Point)
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations of Indonesia
• Familiar with Tax and VAT
• Fluent in English both oral and written
