E-COMMERCE SALES SPECIALIST

We are looking for an E-Commerce Sales Specialist who is commercially driven, analytical, and hands-on in growing our online business.
You will be responsible for driving sales performance across our e-commerce channels, developing sales programs, managing pricing and profitability, and identifying new product opportunities for the online market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

E-Commerce Sales & Performance

• Manage and grow sales across Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce channels.
• Achieve monthly and annual e-commerce sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and other key commercial metrics.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop action plans to improve revenue and channel performance.
• Prepare regular sales reports, analysis, and recommendations.

E-Commerce Programs & Campaigns

• Develop monthly and seasonal e-commerce sales programs to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue.
• Plan promotional mechanics including vouchers, bundles, flash sales, payday campaigns, double-date campaigns, gifts with purchase, and other sales initiatives.
• Build and manage an e-commerce commercial calendar.
• Evaluate campaign performance and continuously improve promotional effectiveness.

Pricing, Cost & Profitability

• Develop selling-price simulations based on HPP/COGS, target margin, marketplace fees, promotional costs, affiliate commissions, advertising costs, and other channel expenses.
• Monitor product margins and profitability across e-commerce channels.
• Recommend pricing, promotional discounts, and minimum selling prices while maintaining healthy margins.
• Coordinate with Finance and related teams on product costing and profitability.

Product & Business Development

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify product and pricing opportunities.
• Support the development of products, SKUs, bundles, packaging, and online-exclusive offerings based on market demand and e-commerce data.
• Analyze product performance and recommend which products to push, improve, bundle, reprice, or discontinue.
• Identify new opportunities to increase e-commerce revenue and customer acquisition.

Marketplace & Live Commerce

• Manage marketplace operations, product listings, campaign participation, stock availability, and store performance.
• Coordinate marketplace advertising and promotional activities.
• Plan live-commerce programs, schedules, product focus, promotional mechanics, and sales targets.
• Supervise and provide direction to the Live Host to improve live-shopping performance.
• Coordinate closely with Marketing, Creative, Warehouse, Finance, Product, and Customer Service teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in E-Commerce, E-Commerce Sales, Marketplace, or a related commercial role.
• Proven experience managing major marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop.
• Strong understanding of sales targets, pricing, margin, HPP/COGS, marketplace, promotions, and profitability.
• Experience developing e-commerce sales programs and marketplace campaigns.
• Able to analyze sales data and turn insights into commercial actions.
• Familiar with marketplace advertising, vouchers, campaign tools, affiliate programs, and live-commerce mechanics.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, particularly for pricing, margin, sales analysis, and reporting.
• Commercially minded, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working with sales targets.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience in retail, home & living, consumer goods, lifestyle, or related industries is an advantage.
