• English C1 minimum
• Your English speaking is on point (C1 Level)
• Communicative
• Ready to work permanent night shifts (yes, weekends & public holidays included)
• Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta (WFO)

Responsibility

• Answering an Incoming chats and Respond to Email
• Handle Customer Inquiries by Calls/Chat/Email
• Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
• Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
• Documenting All Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
• Complete All Chat Logs
• Updating customers profile into computer
• Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
• Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution
