- Communicative
- Ready to work permanent night shifts (yes, weekends & public holidays included)
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta (WFO)
Responsibility
- Answering an Incoming chats and Respond to Email
- Handle Customer Inquiries by Calls/Chat/Email
- Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
- Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
- Documenting All Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
- Complete All Chat Logs
- Updating customers profile into computer
- Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
- Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution
