What You Will Do

• Translate approved content and creative direction into high-quality content and multimedia productions
• Produce compelling brand stories featuring products, people, customers, events and the wider F&B industry
• Build in-house production capability to reduce dependency on external production houses
• Own production workflows from pre-production and shoot planning through production, post-production and final asset delivery
• Keep pre-production, production & post-production on time and on budget
• Build and maintain a structured, searchable content asset library for social media, campaigns, sales, corporate and international use

Who We're Looking For

• Experience producing content across all multi-platform formats
• Strong visual storytelling instinct combined with hands-on production knowledge
• Able to manage production timelines & budgets independently
• Comfortable directing shoots and briefing creative or production teams
• Organized approach to content and asset management
