Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally through phone, email, and digital channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding automotive products and roadside assistance services.
- Assist customers in reporting vehicle issues, emergency situations, and service requests.
- Coordinate with internal operational teams and external partners to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective resolutions.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLA).
- Escalate complex customer cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Able to communicate in English for daily conversations (Daily Conversational English).
- Comfortable speaking English over the phone with customers.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
- Experience in the automotive industry or roadside assistance services is a plus.
