Kualifikasi

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Guest Experience Agent, Guest Relation Officer (GRO), Concierge, or similar hospitality role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Familiar with hospitality operations and guest service standards.

Tanggung Jawab

• Assist guests with inquiries and arrange services such as airport transfers, tours, spa treatments, restaurant reservations, and other activities.
• Process, confirm, and manage guest activity bookings accurately.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare payment links or invoices, verify payments, and maintain accurate booking records.
• Respond to guest inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone while providing excellent customer service.
• Resolve guest issues professionally and ensure a positive guest experience throughout their stay.
