Salary: IDR 12,000,000 – 15,000,000 / month (negotiable)

PT Onmuse Industrial Indonesia is looking for a proactive and driven Business Development staff to identify new business opportunities and support client relationship growth — working closely with the sales team to expand the company's market presence.

Tanggung Jawab

• Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and price lists to prospective clients.
• Assist in negotiating and drafting sales contracts and supporting documents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including Mandarin-speaking business partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations) to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Prepare and update business development reports, pipelines, and client records.
• Support ad hoc business development and sales tasks as assigned.

Persyaratan

• Proficient in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) — required for client and partner communication.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles is preferred; motivated fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, target-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Willing to work on-site at Priskila Tower, Cengkareng, Tangerang.
• Willing to work Monday – Saturday.
