About the role

As a Warehouse Staff at PT Eastlync Technology Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end execution of warehouse operations. This full-time position is located in Jakarta, East Jakarta and requires a hands-on leader capable of managing daily workflows-from receiving and storage to packing and shipping-while ensuring maximum productivity and safety within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch to ensure all SLAs are met.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff, managing shift schedules and ensuring the team adheres to standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Process Improvement: Monitor workflow efficiency and recommend strategies to optimize space utilization and streamline warehouse processes.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety protocols (K3) and maintain a clean, organized, and secure working environment.
• Facility Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for ground-level operational issues, ensuring equipment is maintained and resources are allocated effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Warehouse Leader or in a similar position within 3PL (Third-Party Logistics), transportation, or the logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse management (Inbound, Outbound, and Stock Control).
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and direct a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and optimize shift scheduling.
• Critical Analysis: Capability to evaluate operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and analyze data to support process improvements.
• Problem Solving: Excellent real-time problem-solving skills to resolve operational challenges and ground-level issues effectively.
• Software & Systems Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for inventory/logistical data and reporting) and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to be based at our warehouse facility in Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta.
