Tyre Sales (Location : Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tyre Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Conduct regular visits to fleet customers (logistics, trucking, and bus operators)
• Monitor TBR tyre performance including mileage, wear patterns, and usage conditions
• Collect and analyze field data to evaluate tire performance
• Prepare periodic reports (fitment, mid-life, removal stage) with actionable insights

2. Customer Application Analysis & Technical Proposal:

• Analyze customer operating conditions (road, load, distance, driving behavior)
• Recommend suitable TBR tyre patterns and specifications
• Develop technical proposals to improve cost efficiency and fleet productivity
• Support Sales team in customer meetings, presentations, and solution discussions

3. Tire Inspection & Claim Handling:

• Conduct inspection and failure analysis of scrap/returned tyres
• Identify root causes (maintenance issues, road conditions, misuse, or product-related)
• Prepare technical reports for internal use and customer communication
• Support claim evaluation and provide technical justification

4. Customer Training & Technical Support:

• Deliver training programs for customers, drivers, and fleet operators on:

- Tyre maintenance and pressure management

- Tyre handling and safety practices

- Best practices to maximize tyre lifespan

• Support implementation of proper tyre management systems

5. Cross-functional Support & Continuous Improvement:

• Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams (Sales, Technical, Product)
• Provide market and product performance feedback
• Support product improvement initiatives and business growth strategies
• Build strong relationships with key customers to ensure long-term partnership

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering or related field preferred)
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in TBR tire industry, commercial vehicles, or fleet operations
• Strong knowledge of TBR and OTR products and applications
• Good analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English (is a plus)
• Willing to travel extensively across Indonesia
• Possess valid driving license (SIM A and SIM C)
