Various weekly rotating shifts: 06:00 - 15:00, 09:00 - 18:00, 14:00 - 23:00

What You’ll Do

• Be the matchmaker between guests and their dream villas.
• Guide couples, families, and even wedding parties in creating their perfect holiday.
• Work your sales magic: calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media, follow-ups, and closing deals.
• Team up with our Concierge squad to make every trip smooth.
• Learn our destinations inside out — from Bali to Samui, Sri Lanka to Niseko.
• Inspect villas, build strong owner relationships, and become a local expert.

Who You Are

• A natural communicator in English (French a big plus!).
• Outgoing, sociable, and genuinely love helping people.
• Sales-savvy and motivated to hit targets.
• Curious and adventurous — always eager to learn about new places.
• OTA experience (reservations + client communication) is a big plus!
