Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute company-wide training strategies aligned with business goals.
- Design onboarding, operational, leadership, and technical training programs.
- Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, manuals, and e-learning content.
- Conduct classroom and on-the-job training for restaurant and corporate teams.
- Train, coach, and certify outlet trainers and supervisors.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, performance metrics, and feedback.
- Identify competency gaps and recommend development initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, QA, and department heads to improve employee performance.
- Ensure training programs support operational excellence, food safety, and service standards.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and career development.
