WE ARE HIRING : TRAINER HAIRSTYLIST (EDUCATOR)
We are looking for Trainer Hairstylist position for one of the largest FMCG cosmetic companies in South Jakarta

Lokasi

• Samarinda

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1)
• At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer Hairstylist, Hairstylist, or Hairdresser.
• Strong expertise in hairdressing techniques, including:

- Hair Cutting

- Hair Coloring

- Hair Styling

- Hair Spa

- Hair Treatment

- Hair Massage

• Basic English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with social media platforms and possesses basic digital skills.
• Willing to travel and relocate based on business needs.

Tanggung Jawab

• Deliver technical training on hairdressing techniques to salon hairstylists and staff.
• Conduct product knowledge training, including product usage, features, and benefits.
• Provide customer service training in accordance with the company's SOP.
• Coach massage techniques, facilitate service roleplays, and assess participants through written and practical evaluations.
• Train salon staff in hair diagnosis, selling skills, and objection handling techniques.
• Support promotional activities and contribute to increasing brand awareness.
