• Hiring and understanding technical requirements.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' skills Maintain an organized database of candidates Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ready to achieve targets either month or quarter
• Ready to collect pre-agreement letter documents

Kualifikasi Minimum

• Talent Skills & Network: Possesses a broad and diverse candidate pool database, spanning Singapore and Southeast Asia (SEA).
• Role Management Experience: Experience handling diverse roles relevant to current trends (will be validated/proven during the interview process).
• Work System: Willing to work full-time from the office (WFO).
• Able to communicate and interview in English
• Proven experience as a tech recruiter, preferably in IT consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of various tech roles and relevant skills
