Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer with strong experience in Tableau, Power BI, SSRS migration, SQL, Python, Alteryx, and GCP.
The role will focus on SSRS report migration, BI dashboard development, reporting automation, and data workflow management to support business and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Migrate SSRS reports to Tableau and Power BI end-to-end.
• Develop, maintain, and publish Tableau and Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Automate scheduled report distribution/email blasts using Python.
• Manage data workflows and scheduling using GCP, Airflow, and Cloud Run.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation using SQL and Python.
• Work closely with business users to understand reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and report quality.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize reports and data pipelines.
• Optimize SQL queries and reporting performance.
• Maintain proper MIS reporting documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum S1/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in BI/Reporting.
• Strong experience in SSRS to Tableau and Power BI migration.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI development and publishing.
• Experience with Alteryx ETL.
• Strong SQL query writing and optimization skills.
• Good Python programming skills for data processing and automation.
• Familiarity with GCP, particularly:
• BigQuery
• Airflow
• Cloud Run
• Google Cloud Storage (GCS)
• Understanding of MIS reporting processes and data workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
