Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
1. Bertanggung jawab untuk meningkatkan penjualan, peringkat, kecepatan respons, membalas obrolan secara professional dan pelayanan yang baik dalam penjualan online
2. Disiplin update produk, harga, quantity dan fitur marketplace
3. Melaporkan dan merekonsiliasi semua penjualan dan aktifitas harian
4. Menanggapi chat, pertanyaan, complain dari customer dengan ramah, sopan dan informatif
5. Mengembangkan strategi pemasaran dan mencari prospek client di online marketplace
6. Selalu belajar hal baru & mengikuti perkembangan aplikasi-aplikasi marketplace dan sosmed
7. Memastikan ketersediaan stok & komunikasi dengan tim packing
8. Memimpin team sales dibawahnya termasuk team host
9. Membuat strategi jitu untuk mencapai target penjualan team
10. Melakukan negoisasi kepada pihak RM Marketplace (external)
11. Melakukan diskusi secara efektif bersama team internal perusahaan
Kualifikasi:
1. Maksimal usia 27 Tahun
2. Pendidikan minimal D3-S1
3. Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Supervisor Sales Online minimal 2 tahun
4. Good Looking, menarik dan komunikasi yang baik
5. Mengerti tentang Fitur Marketplace
6. Mampu mengoperasikan Marketplace
7. Memiliki kemampuan menganalisa, negoisasi, komunikasi yang baik, keinginan keras untuk mencapai target team
8. Mampu bekerja sama dengan baik dengan internal maupun external
