Supervisor Legal

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Legal Department and provide guidance to team members.
• Review, draft, negotiate, and administer commercial agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, network infrastructure agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), and partnership contracts.
• Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations, licensing requirements, data protection laws, consumer protection regulations, and other applicable legal requirements.
• Provide legal advice and support to internal departments, including Sales, Procurement, Engineering, Network Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks related to business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with government authorities, regulators, and industry associations regarding licensing, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Manage legal disputes, claims, and litigation by coordinating with external legal counsel and monitoring case progress.
• Oversee the maintenance of corporate legal documents, permits, licenses, and statutory records.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, infrastructure sharing, and other strategic business transactions when required.
• Develop and implement legal policies, contract management procedures, and compliance programs.
• Monitor changes in telecommunications laws and regulations and advise management on potential business impacts.
• Prepare legal reports and present updates on compliance, litigation, contracts, and legal risks to senior management.

Gaji:
Rp 9.000.000 – Rp 11.000.000 per month
