Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Developing store strategies to raise customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
• Maintaining and ensuring all basic store operation are running well
• Analyze shopper behaviors using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Analyze sales, margin, expense, wastage and inventory of all stores.
• Supervising, controlling and ensure that the operating standards are running well.
• Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.
• Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
• Establishing cooperation with the support department.

Kualifikasi:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field from reputable University
• Minimum 3 years of Experience as a Retail Store Manager or Area Operation Manager preferably from Supermarket Retail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
• Customer management skills.
• Fluent in English
