Requirement

• Full working rights for Indonesia;
• Familiar with Indonesian laws, regulations, cultural customs, and language (native Indonesian);
• Basic Chinese and English communication skills (oral and written), able to collaborate with Chinese staff;
• Physically healthy, able to adapt to project work environment and schedule;
• No adverse employment records, no violations of laws or regulations;
• knowledge of long-distance engineering project characteristics is preferred;
• Experience in similar infrastructure projects is preferred;
• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• More than 2 years of engineering or business translation experience;
• Fluent in both Indonesian and Chinese (oral and written);
• Familiar with engineering terminology and able to accurately translate technical documents;
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills.

Job Description

• Responsible for on-site translation work for the P3 and P5 package projects (oral and written)；
• Translate technical documents, meeting minutes, and business files；
• Assist Chinese staff in communicating with local Indonesian personnel；
• Organize translation materials and establish a translation glossary；
• Provide cross-cultural communication support to avoid cultural conflicts
