We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Manager to oversee the construction of our luxury villa complex. This role is ideal for a proactive construction professional with strong leadership skills, a commitment to quality, and extensive experience managing high-end construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day site operations to ensure construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
- Supervise and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and on-site personnel.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation while ensuring cost-effective project execution.
- Ensure all construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and local regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and proactively resolve technical and operational issues.
- Implement and enforce workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and workforce requirements to maintain project timelines.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly construction progress reports for project management.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Engineering team, Procurement, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including site records, inspections, and quality control reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction management, including at least 3 years as a Site Manager on luxury residential, villa, hotel, or resort projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural works, architectural finishes, MEP coordination, and project scheduling.
- Proven experience managing multiple contractors and subcontractors in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building regulations, construction permits, and occupational health and safety standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction project management software.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English communication skills are highly preferred.
- Willing to be based in Nusa Dua, Bali.
