• Search and find locations for opening a new store for retail business.
• Survey and analysis location/feasibility study.
• Negotiation with landlord/owner/developer.
• Planning & mapping potential areas for a retail location.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

• Bachelor's Degree, in any field.
• Required skill(s): Negotiating, Site Acquisition, Site Survey, Networking
• Minimum 2 years (s) of working experience in business development and channel development field (retail business background preferably)
• Experienced in the Retail industry and opening a store in a mall is a must
• Able to work under pressure
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willing to travel
• Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin
