Senior Tax Consultant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax compliance reports including VAT, Withholding Tax, and Corporate Income Tax.
• Provide tax advisory services to clients regarding Indonesian tax regulations and compliance.
• Handle tax review, tax reconciliation, and tax health check processes.
• Assist clients during tax audits, tax objections, tax appeals, and tax disputes.
• Conduct tax research and provide recommendations based on current tax regulations.
• Prepare tax calculations and ensure timely submission of tax reports.
• Support transfer pricing documentation and related tax matters, if required.
• Monitor updates on tax laws and regulations and communicate impacts to clients.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise and guide junior consultants in daily tax assignments.
• Maintain proper documentation for all tax projects and client matters.
