Job Description

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of the Quality Inspection Department.
• Ensure quality inspection processes are carried out according to company standards and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality performance of the department and team members.
• Identify quality issues, errors, and operational gaps, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Develop and conduct quality control and error-prevention training for employees.
• Analyze quality inspection results and prepare performance reports.
• Develop and improve quality control procedures, inspection standards, and workflows.
• Coordinate with related departments to resolve quality issues and improve operational quality.
• Set team targets and monitor performance to ensure KPIs are achieved.
• Communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Quality Inspection, or a related field.
• Experience in a supervisory or team-lead position is preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and inspection standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Mandarin proficiency is required; able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
