We are seeking an experienced Senior System Analyst to lead the technical design and system architecture for our core payment systems and enterprise integration projects. In this role, you will analyze business requirements, architect scalable system interactions, and ensure high-throughput, secure financial transactions adhering to industry clearing and settlement standards.

• Translate Business Requirement Documents (BRD) into robust System Requirement Specifications (SRS) and technical design documents.
• Design high-availability, low-latency system architectures utilizing Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation using Unified Modeling Language (UML), including Use Case, Sequence, Class, and Activity diagrams.
• Define API schemas and messaging formats for internal and external system integration.
• Architect end-to-end payment workflows covering fund transfers, reconciliation, clearing functions, and final settlement mechanisms.
• Design automated handling for transaction exceptions, timeouts, reversals, and message queue management.
• Collaborate closely with Development and QA teams during implementation, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution.

Kualifikasi Minimum

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Work Experience:

- Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a System Analyst, preferably within Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech industries.

- System Design: Proven expertise in System Design and Unified Modeling Language (UML).

- Payment Systems: Direct experience in payment system development, specifically involving fund transfer, clearing, and final settlement functions.

• Preferred Certifications:

- System Analyst or Enterprise Architecture Certification (e.g., TOGAF, CBAP, or equivalent).

- Microservices Architecture and/or Event-Driven Architecture certification (e.g., AWS/GCP/Azure Certified Solutions Architect, Confluent Kafka, or equivalent).
