• Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Prepare and process journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments to identify root causes.
• Prepare and process inventory adjustment transactions based on approved findings and supporting documentation.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Coordinate with auditors and assist during internal and external audits.
• Ensure accounting processes comply with company policies and accounting standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting procedures and internal controls.

Kualifikasi Minimum

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of taxation regulations is a plus.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrates integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality in handling financial information.
