Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare recruitment reports and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, headhunters, and university partners when required.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment, and recruitment events.
- Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Mentor junior recruiters and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or multinational company.
- Strong experience recruiting for corporate, managerial, and specialized positions.
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ATS or HRIS is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) is preferred if supporting Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
