Sales Manager

Job Description:

• Lead and supervise the Sales Team to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while handling inquiries, complaints, and negotiations.
• Coordinate customer requirements with Production, PPIC, R&D, and other related departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales plans, forecasts, budgets, and periodic sales performance reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to support new product development based on market demand.
• Represent the company in customer meetings, exhibitions, and business negotiations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Preferably experienced in the furniture or manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
