Job Description: Sales Executive B2B

• Identify and develop new clients in B2B sectors.
• Conduct prospecting through various channels (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and events).
• Understand the company's services and products (Translation, IT, and Creative) and be able to offer solutions that meet client needs.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Attend industry events to expand network and business opportunities.
• Conduct negotiations with clients until reaching agreement.
• Manage client data, activities, and sales opportunities in an organized and structured manner.
• Work closely with teams and other departments to ensure sales targets are achieved.

Requirements:

• Full-time
• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any major
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (B2B) freshgraduate is welcome to apply
• B2B background
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to conduct prospecting and approach new clients
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• English proficiency (spoken & written) is an advantage
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Strong ability to analyze client needs and market conditions
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta
