Our client is a Automotive Parts (Manufacturing) company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop business relationships with existing customers, particularly manufacturing companies in the automotive, electronics, heavy equipment, and related industries
• Actively identify, acquire, and develop new customers to increase sales and expand market share
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand customer needs, identify new project opportunities, and provide appropriate technical solutions
• Receive and follow up on Requests for Quotation (RFQs), coordinating with Engineering, Process Engineering, Estimation, and Production teams to prepare quotations
• Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, product specifications, lead time, payment terms, and other commercial conditions until agreements are reached
• Coordinate closely with Sales Administration, Engineering, Production, PPIC, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure orders are processed according to schedule
• Monitor order progress from Purchase Order (PO) receipt through production and delivery to ensure on-time shipment
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive, responsive, and solution-oriented communication
• Handle customer complaints by coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure timely and effective resolution
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities to support sales strategy development
• Prepare regular reports on customer visits, sales pipeline, sales forecasts, customer activities, and sales performance for management
• Participate in industry exhibitions, customer meetings, and other business events to expand professional networks and generate new sales opportunities
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and the commitment to customer satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum High School's degree
• High Conversational proficiency
• At least 3 years of experience as Sales Executive handling Automotive Jigs, Tools, Dies to Automotive manufactures
• Able to read drawings
• Own driving license (SIM A)
• Good communication skills, good work ethics
