• Analyze, manage, and develop market potential and business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Identify customer needs and provide technical solutions aligned with project specifications and requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while developing new ones.
• Monitor orders and handle customer needs and complaints.

Persyaratan

• Minimum Diploma D3 in Engineering degrees in Metallurgical Engineering, Foundry Engineering, or Industrial Engineering are preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in an equivalent role within the mold and die industry.
• Ability to plan and implement sales strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of curiosity regarding the market.
• Willingness to be placement at all of the companys branches.
