• Assist customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales and achieve store targets.
• Operate Shopify POS.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the store and jewelry displays.
• Assist with stock takes, inventory receiving, and stock replenishment.

Kualifikasi

• Female, 25–45 years old.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or as an SPG.
• Familiar with Shopify POS (or willing to learn).
• Honest, reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Friendly, energetic, approachable, and customer-focused.
• Available to work weekends and public holidays.
