PT. Serba Antik Interior is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong client relationships, and providing professional consultation on our range of interior furnishing products.

Tanggung Jawab

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Meet with homeowners, interior designers, architects, contractors, developers, and corporate clients to understand project requirements.
• Recommend suitable products and interior solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate to close sales.
• Coordinate with production, operations, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed smoothly.
• Conduct showroom presentations and product demonstrations.
• Attend site visits, project meetings, and customer appointments when required.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information in the company’s CRM or reporting system.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience. Experience in interior furnishings, furniture, construction materials, home improvement, luxury retail, or related industries is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Possess a valid SIM A or SIM C is preferred.
