Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily operations and performance of all assigned stores.
• Drive sales achievement and implement strategies to improve store performance.
• Ensure strong execution of visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and store teams.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor service quality, stock levels, and compliance.
• Manage inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, and store operational SOPs.
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure positive resolution.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, including multi-store leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Solid knowledge of retail operations and fashion industry trends.
• Customer-focused, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours.
