Tanggung Jawab

• Manage end-to-end recruitment to fulfill manpower requirements in accordance with business needs and company hiring standards.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and recruitment priorities.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Conduct Mandarin interviews, translation, and language assessments to support the hiring process.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job fairs, campus recruitment, employer branding, and other talent acquisition programs.
• Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and hiring documentation accurately and timely.
• Monitor recruitment progress and recommend improvements to enhance hiring effectiveness.
• Support other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English with the ability to conduct interviews and translation.
• Proven experience in developing employer branding strategies, managing university partnerships, and overseeing end-to-end Management Trainee recruitment programs
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview methods.
• Familiar with ATS, HRIS, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Willing to be based in Pantai Indah Kapuk.
